JusFitness is your local personal training and outdoor group fitness specialist run by local resident, Justine. As a mum of 4 and marathoner, she fully understands the importance of regular exercise from both a physical and mental point of view.
JusFitness offers outdoor group fitness sessions for ladies, teenagers and primary school aged children in the local area. All classes are individually programmed with a good mix of cardio and strength training and cater for all fitness levels.
JusFitness also offers running group sessions, private running sessions and personalised running training programs for those training for specific events as well as private personal training sessions for all ages. When it comes to children’s fitness, it’s not about trying to turn the kids into state level athletes (although several of them have reached this level), it’s about fostering a level of confidence in kids that they never believed they had. It’s about having a go, pushing the boundaries and, most of all, instilling in them a life-long love of exercise.
