Owner, founder and chief flavour designer, Anna Eden, arrived in Sydney from England with her family in 2010. After years of planning and delivering major events for corporate clients, A-List celebrities and members of the Royal Family, Anna began looking for an opportunity to take her creativity, attention to detail and her background in cutting edge culinary techniques in a brand new direction. Coming from a family where cooking was in the blood she began The Classic Cupcake Co. in 2012. Anna and her team of bakers design a new Collection every season. Through constant innovation, they have created a new cultural phenomenon: Cupcake, CakePOP and Confectionery Couture. The Classic Cupcake Co uses only the finest ingredients: locally sourced free range eggs, natural vanilla from Madagascar and the world’s most exquisite chocolate – Callebaut, made from sustainably grown cocoa beans by the maitre chocolatiers of Belgium, and Willie’s 100% Cacao, grown in Venezuela’s cloud forest, then roasted and prepared by hand.
