At Sterling Results Fitness Club we are focused on our clients. Our Aim is to help our clients GET FIT, HAVE FUN and BE HEALTHY.
Our focus group is for clients over 50 offering personal training and small group programs. Our Fitness Studio is in Willoughby where our personal training sessions focus on strength and resistance training. Within the gym is wide range of dumbells, kettlebells, bars, medicine and balance balls, TRX suspension cables and free weights along with treadmill and steppers. Intermixed with the resistance training, many of our clients take advantage of the specialised High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts and our small group classes, including Women Only Boxing and Abdominal Classes.
We also offer specialised Programs including:
HIKEFit – A specific program built around Hiking in Nature,
STAYFit – Small Group Private classes, including BOXING and AB classes
GOLFFit – Focusing on Stability, Flexibility, Core and Strength . Group exercise classes designed to improve your golf.
TREKFit – program specifically around your up and coming trek
GET YOUR GROOVE BACK – This is all about getting you back to exercise, whether it be through walking or gentle gym exercise.
