Our Shape-UP exercise classes are currently held at Artarmon, Willoughby and Epping. We also have an effective FREE online exercise program for those who cannot attend classes.
Our exercise program is based on everyday functional movement patterns and age is not a limitation!
Our nutritional programs are focused on learning to use wholefoods and to make delicious meals that nourish the body and excite the senses.
