Uncoil Pilates and Health Solutions was established by SydneySider Christine Ritchie.
Chris has more than 26 years experience in the Health and Fitness industry and a passion for exercise, travel, good health and wellness. The Uncoil Studio a peaceful space where you will receive individual attention from highly qualified and experienced instructors. We aim to teach our clients how to improve their strength, become free from aches and pains, improve flexibility and mobility, reduce stress and find a better life balance through the physical and emotional benefits of Pilates.
Fully trained in the STOTT method of Studio Pilates and Yogalates™ and a certified Personal Training Exercise Specialist. Chris offers individual and high quality instruction in her intimate Crows Nest studio. Pilates sessions are tailored individually from a foundation of alignment, breath and mind-body connection, from beginner through to advanced levels. Yogalates™ therapy is included into the sessions or can be held in small groups – for continued personalised attention, integrating the principles and philosophies of both Pilates and Yoga.
The Uncoil Pilates Studio is fully equipped to ensure an effective workout in a comfortable and friendly environment. Equipment includes the Reformer, Cadillac/Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel and Wunda Chair. Small props are also used to provide challenge and variation.
