The Sailor Bar, Northbridge

The Incinerator Café, Willoughby

Everyone loves the outdoor seating area at The Incinerator – including dogs! The local architectural gem was designed by Walter Burley Griffin in the 1930s and now houses a café that offers a breakfast and lunch menu. It’s popular with locals seeking a caffeine fix on their morning dog walks around Bicentennial Reserve.

Annata, Crows Nest

If you’d like your pup to accompany you to a more high end establishment, then look no further than Annata, where the wine bar and a five-course Chef’s Tasting Menu are just the start of the fine dining experience for lunch or dinner.

Crows Nest’s newest Mexican restaurant has had some famous customers recently (*ahem, Russell Crowe!) so why not treat yourself and your best friend to a night at El Gringo’s?

One of Sydney’s oldest sports clubs and harbour destinations, Mosman Rowers reopened in March 2019, following the generous support of loyal members and the local community. It shows just how much the lower North Shore loves their furry friends when a cafe pops up that is just for dogs! Situated at 1/22 Rosenthal Ave in The Canopy precinct in leafy Lane Cove, Puppadeli Cafe offers “handmade bowl-lickin’ pet meals and tail-waggin’ experiences for your furry friends.” And they take their dog food very seriously!

Puppy Tail Café, Blackman Park Lane Cove
What’s not to love about this pint sized café serving hot coffees to sports parents on the soccer/cricket sidelines at the western end of the park. There are hooks to tie up your pup while you order inside, where they even have a dedicated dog menu that includes a puppycino (goat’s milk) and waffles.
You can enjoy your coffee at the outdoor seating area before you head to the fenced off-leash dog park alongside it which has water, shade, seating and equipment for dogs of all sizes.
