In the heart of Neutral Bay, Le 76 Pâtisserie & Bakery brings an authentic taste of France to Sydney’s Lower North Shore. Inspired by Normandie — where “76” marks the founder’s origins — the bakery reflects a lifelong dedication to French pastry and artisan baking.
Led by a French pastry chef with over 40 years of experience, the journey spans 5-star cruise liners in the USA, Michelin-starred restaurants in France, and development roles with Marks & Spencer and Harrods in London. Today, that expertise is brought directly to customers through handcrafted, everyday offerings.
Everything at Le 76 is made in-house from scratch, using traditional techniques and quality ingredients. Each day begins with freshly baked baguettes and naturally fermented sourdough, forming the base of their popular, made-to-order baguette sandwiches — simple, fresh, and full of flavour.
The menu also features house-made crêpes, both sweet and savoury, alongside a refined selection of classic French pastries, cakes and desserts. Paired with premium Campos coffee, the experience is both relaxed and distinctly French.
