Chef’s Armoury was established in 2007 and was the third Japanese knife shop to open outside of Japan and the first of its kind in Australia. Today there are 3 stores across Sydney and Melbourne, bringing Japanese artisan goods to Australian kitchens and homes.
The newest store is located in Artarmon in Sydney’s Lower North Shore, where you can also explore Sakeshop which opened in November 2025.
