Discover the transformative power of Pilates at the Pilates Contrology Studio in Chatswood, Australia's first Pilates establishment. Founded in 1986 by Allan Menezes, this studio offers a unique and personalized approach to fitness and rehabilitation.
Meet Allan Menezes
Allan's journey into Pilates began in 1983 after a severe rugby-related back injury. Seeking relief, he discovered Pilates in London, which not only alleviated his pain but also inspired a career shift. As the first athlete in the UK to teach the Pilates Method, Allan integrated non-balletic movements, benefiting individuals with back issues. His innovative approach led to the creation of the Menezes Method, a distinctive style recognized worldwide.
The Menezes Method Difference
Specialising in back pain and unlike conventional Pilates classes, the Menezes Method emphasizes individualized attention. Each session accommodates a maximum of five participants, each engaged in tailored exercises on various equipment. This personalized regimen is developed during an initial one-on-one consultation with Allan, ensuring it aligns with your specific health and fitness goals.
Exclusive Offer
Experience the benefits of the Menezes Method with our special introductory offer: schedule your initial consultation (valued at $150) for just $10. This session includes a comprehensive assessment and the creation of your customized Pilates program (conditions apply)
