Hi, I am Deb Assheton, founder of The Amplify Group and one of Australia’s most highly regarded Facilitators and Coaches. At The Amplify Group, my obsession is creating substantial and sustained behaviour change in Leaders and teams. The words clients most use my impact are Practical and Challenging.

What I bring is:

1) Deep Leadership experience versus a purely HR or consulting background. I have more than 20 years of experience at the Executive and Board levels leading teams of 3,000+ to achieve substantial, enduring engagement and performance results. I have lived and led through start-ups, mergers, high-growth environments, downsizing and cultural transformation.

2) Evidence-based programs that develop must-have, performance and engagement-driving skills like Leadership capability, Emotional Intelligence, Change Mastery and Conversation skills that leaders and employees need today.

3) A deep focus on developing self-awareness as the core enabler of any real personal change.

This combination creates:

✔️Immediate and enormous credibility with executive leaders and workshop participants

✔️A rich and engaging format delivering context (research), understanding (self-awareness) and skills (practical application)

My Services:

• Leadership Development Programs: tailored, targeted, modularized programs delivered in-person or virtually that can span 3 months through to 18 months for deep behaviour and cultural change.

• Short Workshops on Leadership, Performance, Engagement and Change: These are usually 90 minutes and can be delivered stand-alone or in a series. They are great for Lunch ’n learns, team-based development, and in support of organisational change initiatives.

• Executive Coaching: I work with Executives who want to be held at their edge by a coach who ‘gets-it’.

• Public Workshops: One-day courses for Leaders and employees interested in building their skill sets in the areas of Giving and Receiving Feedback, and Managing Difficult Conversations.

• Executive Team Support: I help Executive Teams integrate the WHY and HOW into the WHAT so that the organisation experiences a cohesive and effective Executive team at the helm.

My clients include Zurich, Ooh! Media, Vodafone, Zurich, Quantium, Lindt Chocolates, UBS, Chateau Tanunda and many more.
