Our mission at The Classic Cupcake Co. is to serve all of our customers simply the best sweet treats in Australia.
Owner, founder and chief flavour designer, Anna Eden, arrived in Sydney from England with her family in 2010. Coming from a family where cooking was in the blood she began The Classic Cupcake Co. in 2012.
Anna and her team of bakers design a new Collection every season. Through constant innovation, they have developed an extensive range of Cakes, Cupcakes, CakePOPs, Brownies and Gelato for your culinary delight. There is a sweet treat for every occasion!
We use only the finest ingredients: locally sourced free range eggs, natural vanilla from Madagascar and the world’s most exquisite chocolate – Callebaut, made from sustainably grown cocoa beans by the maitre chocolatiers of Belgium, and Willie’s 100% Cacao, grown in Venezuela’s cloud forest, then roasted and prepared by hand.
The store is open 7 days a week to take your orders and serve up mouth watering delights. Orders can also be placed online for either pick up or delivery across Sydney.
The renowned CCC Baking Academy holds Masterclasses in cake decorating every weekend. We also host children’s birthday parties, school holiday classes and team building workshops. For more information about any Academy classes or parties, please email academy@theccc.com.au
