We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated customer service liaison to join us from the very beginning as we open our luxury aged care facility. This is a pivotal role, responsible for ensuring high quality customer service and resident satisfaction throughout the admissions process. Working with an Australian owned and highly regarded aged care group, this position is a bridge between residents, their families, and the facility’s management and staff. The Customer Service Liaison will play a crucial role in managing inquiries and feedback while fostering positive relationships with residents and their families. This role would suit an experienced customer service professional who is passionate about caring for and working with our senior citizens and their families.
