Calan Group is an Electrical Contracting Business located in Artarmon, seeking an Office Administrator to assist in the day to day office operations. Experience in this type of role a must with the following attributes:
• Great organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritise and an eye for detail
• Good computer and technical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• A proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft

Administration Duties including but not limited to:
• Admin support to management team
• Organizing Director’s calendar and assisting with day to day tasks
• Handling all aspects of Apprenticeships – schedule sign up meetings; track Apprentice yearly Wage upgrade; capstone letters – scheduling of training
• Monitoring MV Fleet
• Manage queries on the phone and by email
