If the forecast says rain and you have little ones with energy to burn, don’t despair! We’ve found a heap of fun indoor activities close by…

1. Simply Fun, Chatswood

We’re so excited to announce the opening of a beautiful new free play and activity space in the heart of Chatswood. Simply Fun has just opened its doors and is currently offering free trials for their classes that you can take advantage of this week during rainy school holidays. Designed for children from the ages of 6 months through to 7 years, there are daily classes for each age group. Parents assist with classes up to 3.5 years, and from then there are classes children can do on their own, including Jolly Jumpers, Cheerful Champions and Ninja! We also love the sound of their mixed-age class ‘Big Heroes’, which allows siblings to participate together. “Parents can allow siblings to interact with less assistance, with a focus on team building and peer encouragement, this mixed class will have your little ones learning how to treat others and help when they can!”

Along with the classes, there is also a complimentary half hour free play session offered in the multi-sensory space. Or you can drop in for free play for just $9 an hour (it’s a good idea to book though as spaces are limited). There will be a new free play set-up each week and parents will be happy to know the space is cleaned every two hours! Simply Fun is also the local area’s newest party venue – offering different party packages and themes, along with instructor-led games, songs, rides and unlimited fun activities (see https://www.simplyfun.com.au/birthday-parties/ for package details).

It’s currently Simply Fun’s soft opening, so book in for a free trial class and see what this exciting new space is all about. Food and coffee will soon be available as well!

Special offer for WL: Along with the free trials, Simply Fun is also offering the following deal: 10 class pass + 2 fun play passes + membership (including one t-shirt, one dinner set, one puff toy, birthday party discount and other event discounts) = $330  (Actual package worth $430).
