The popular local hotel has updated its dining experience for patrons with a new level of service and a delicious new Spring menu.
Affectionately known as the “Bridgey”, the Bridgeview is known for its sell out trivia nights and fantastic food. Established in September 1928, the heritage-listed building is rich in local history and was originally founded by Tooth’s & Company.
Today, they’re a local oriented, family-friendly pub that offers great service, accommodation and a venue for hosting excellent events.
Their most recent addition is the Dining Room – an exquisite dining experience with a warm and inviting ambiance where you can savour the diverse and tantalizing flavours of a changing seasonal menu. Plus, a new focus on service brings with it the addition of table service by Bridgeview staff.
Their newly launched Spring menu has an array of dishes sure to please everyone. For starters, try the Saffron Arancini with smoked tomato, parmesan and pistou. Or how about the Fritto Misto with calamari, prawns, salt bush and aioli?
And for main course, standouts include the Tuna Spaghettini with garlic, chilli, caper and rocket, or the Scotch Fillet with smoked carrot puree, green beans, curry butter and red wine jus.
And we’re very keen to sample some of the dessert menu, including Vanilla Cream Brulee with butter waffles and berries.
So whether it’s a leisurely lunch with colleagues, a quiet dinner with family, neighbours, or friends, a memorable dinner for a birthday or special occasion, the Bridgeview has you covered!
